Please contact us to request a return. We deal with return requests on a case by case basis after we have had a chance to troubleshoot the issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone, you will be given an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number will need to be written clearly on the outside of the box you are shipping the product in. Product sent back to AudioControl without an RA number will be refused. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly indicated on the outside of the box so we can efficiently process the authorized return.
