Warranty Policy

• The warranty period is valid for all products purchased from authorized resellers unless otherwise noted.

• Authorized resellers include: Amazon (if sold by AudioControl), Best Buy, Crutchfield.

• Any website which sells products consumer-to-consumer such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc. is not considered an authorized reseller.

• Any product purchased from a non-authorized reseller is not eligible for warranty coverage, even if the product was sold as new.

• The warranty replacement product will carry the same warranty period as the original product, based on the original purchase date.

• Abuse, misuse, or improper installation voids all warranties. Products with physical or liquid damage are not covered.

• The warranty covers product replacement only. Installation or any other associated costs are not included with the warranty coverage.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day period during which you can return your order for a refund including taxes (not including the original $8.99 shipping charge, if applicable).

• This offer only applies to products purchased via the AudioControl Website. If you have purchased through a retailer (such as Amazon, Best Buy, Crutchfield) please reach out to the seller and follow their return process.

• Non-Defective Returns: If you return an item that is not defective, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

• Defective Returns: If you believe your item is defective, please first contact our Technical Support Department. If our team confirms that the item is truly defective, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label at no cost. To qualify for this, you must supply the tech support ticket number when requesting the return.

• The 30-day return period begins from the date your order was delivered.

• A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product returned to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender.
